Roxane assists residents in getting settled and makes plans with them for their stay with us. Her role is to explore any and all areas of concern with the resident and/or family members. Roxane also conducts an admission interview and explains policies and procedures. A social history is obtained upon admission and residents are informed of the Resident Bill of Rights and asked to sign an admission form.
Roxane joined the Greenway team in 2019. Prior to joining us, she has had over 15 years of social work experience for various business and government agencies in Dane County.
In her free time, Roxane enjoys spending time with her five grandchildren. Roxane and her husband David make their home just outside of Mazomanie.

Admissions arrangements may be made by the resident, the family, a hospital social worker or personal physician. A member of our staff meets with prospective residents and/or representatives to gather the information needed for admission. Our office manager, Vicki Mook, has been helping residents and their families for the past 38 years and will explain in detail the different financial options available.

Occupation, Physical & Speech Therapists
Our therapy facility is very spacious and fully equipped. The Physical and Occupational therapists provide services on a daily basis and speech therapy is available on an as needed basis.
Residents who may have suffered a stroke and or may have had hip or knee surgery would benefit from our Rehab department and normally Medicare or private insurance will cover much of the cost.
