Director of Nursing & Infection Preventionist
Jennifer Aurit, RN
Jen attended Southwest Wisconsin Technical College (SWTC) in Fennimore for Licensed Practical Nursing in 1994-1995. Jen had three children born in 1999, 2001 and 2004 that all attended the Highland School District. In her nursing career she has worked in medical clinics, long term care facilities, hospice case management and a treatment center over the years. Long term care is where Jen's true passion lies.
Jen returned to SWTC for an associate degree and became a Registered Nurse in 2013. She strives to be better each moment of each day. Outside of work, her favorite things to do are camping and traveling.

Social Services
Roxane Carley
Roxane assists residents in getting settled and makes plans with them for their stay with us. Her role is to explore any and all areas of concern with the resident and/or family members. Roxane also conducts an admission interview and explains policies and procedures. A social history is obtained upon admission and residents are informed of the Resident Bill of Rights and asked to sign an admission form.

Roxane joined the Greenway team in 2019. Prior to joining us, she has had over 15 years of social work experience for various business and government agencies in Dane County.
In her free time, Roxane enjoys spending time with her five grandchildren. Roxane and her husband David make their home just outside of Mazomanie.
Administrator
Brian Gorman
Brian is the administrator of Greenway Manor & Greenway Terrace. He joined Greenway in February 2020 and is active in state and national long term care associations and local civic organizations. He graduated from Edgewood College with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
Brian and his wife Gwen make their home in Spring Green and are lifelong River Valley area residents. They have two grown children and a very spoiled dog. Brian enjoys free time by spending it with family, reading, following sports and binging Netflix.
Business Manager
Vicki Mook
Admissions arrangements may be made by the resident, the family, a hospital social worker or personal physician. A member of our staff meets with prospective residents and/or representatives to gather the information needed for admission. Our office manager, Vicki Mook, has been helping residents and their families for the past 38 years and will explain in detail the different financial options available.
Activity Director
Cherish Nachreiner
Cherish is the Activity Director for Greenway Manor. Cherish has been a member of Greenway Manor’s staff since 2014 and stepped into the Activity Director role in January 2022. She coordinates visits with family and friends, and brings entertaining and therapeutic experiences to Greenway’s residents through music programs, games, and creative activities. She strives to maintain a healthy and enriching environment for all.
Human Resources Director
Megan Nachreiner
Megan Nachreiner is the Human Resources Director/Office Manager for Greenway Manor & Greenway Terrace. She joined Greenway in October of 2020 and brings a background of human resources and long-term care. She is a graduate of UW-Milwaukee with a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration as well a Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) certification.

Megan and her husband Matt are natives to Plain and Spring Green and are raising their son and daughter from their same local roots. Megan enjoys keeping up with her kids’ crazy sports schedules, spending time with family, traveling and boat rides on the Wisconsin River.
Activity Director & Office Manager
Ann Rohe
Ann Rohe is the Activity Director & Office Manager for Greenway Terrace. She has worked over 15 years at Greenway between both the Manor and Terrace, mostly in Activities. She enjoys making personal connections with the residents and learning about their life stories. Taking on the office manager duties in 2021 has allowed her to draw on past administrative assistant experience.

Ann grew up and attended college near Green Bay but has been living in the Spring Green area for the past 18 years with her husband Mike and three children. Ann enjoys spending free time with family and pets, gardening, reading and cooking.
Certified Dietary Manager
Jennifer Thao
Jen is the Dietary Manager for Greenway Manor & Greenway Terrace. She joined Greenway in December of 2015 as a cook in our Dietary department and assumed the role of Dietary Manager in September of 2020. Jen holds a degree in Culinary Arts from Chippewa Valley Tech and completed her Dietary Manager certification through the University of North Dakota. She is an active member of the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals and brings with her over 30 years of experience in the food industry.
Jen enjoys spending her free time with her family, gardening, and watching anime.
Admissions & Billing Coordinator
Stephanie Welte
Stephanie is the Admissions & Billing Coordinator for Greenway Manor and Terrace. She joined Greenway in April of 2022 and brings a background in human services management. Stephanie holds an Associates Degree of Arts and Science from the University of Wisconsin-Richland and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services Management from the University of Phoenix.

Stephanie makes her home in Richland Center and is a life long resident of Richland County. Stephanie and her son are active in their county 4-H program and are very proud to be part of a four generation 4-H family. In her free time Stephanie enjoys sewing, gardening, amateur photography and spending time with her family.
Occupation, Physical & Speech Therapists
Therapists
Our therapy facility is very spacious and fully equipped. The Physical and Occupational therapists provide services on a daily basis and speech therapy is available on an as needed basis.
Residents who may have suffered a stroke and or may have had hip or knee surgery would benefit from our Rehab department and normally Medicare or private insurance will cover much of the cost.
