Greenway Manor is a locally owned and operated skilled nursing facility offering private rooms only. We are located on the southern edge of Spring Green and offer a beautiful countryside setting, while maintaining easy access to the vibrant downtown area. We are a highly rated Medicare and VA certified facility licensed by the State of Wisconsin to provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. We provide short-term rehabilitation services, as well as long-term care.

AMENITIES & SERVICES

HAIR SALON

No need to leave Greenway Manor for personalized hair care. Our salon provides a hairdresser on a weekly basis who will treat residents to anything from a simple trim to the latest in fashionable hairstyles.

THERAPY WING

We offer physical, occupational and speech therapy on a daily basis. Residents in need of therapy will have daily access to our skilled therapists. Whether you’ve had a recent hip or knee replacement, suffered a stroke, our therapy department will get you on the way to a speedy recovery.

LARGE ACTIVITY AREA

Surrounded by large windows and including a kitchen area, it is used and enjoyed by all of our residents. Our certified activity coordinator plans many daily activities for a wide variety of interests. Cooking, reading a good book, playing cards, going on a field trip - these are just a few examples of the many activities we offer to ensure that your time here is fulfilling and engaging.

MEDICAL CARE

Registered nurses and licensed practical nurses are on duty 24 hours a day to carry out physician's orders. They administer medications and treatments, perform daily checks and readings, and report all changes in the residents' condition to the appropriate physicians. Greenway also has certified nursing assistants (CNAs) who are trained to meet the many personal needs of each resident.

PRIVATE ROOMS

We understand and respect the need and desire many people have for privacy, and we make every effort to accommodate our residents in this regard.

LOUNGES & DINING ROOMS

Our lounges and dining areas are designed for comfort and provide ample space to play cards, work a jigsaw puzzle, enjoy a good book, or chat with friends.

SPA

We have a state-of-the-art whirlpool bath, which allows residents to enjoy new levels of comfort and relaxation in a safe environment.

OUTDOOR PATIO

A sun-shading canopy and comfortable outdoor furniture for those times when you want to relax outside and enjoy the fresh air.

DIETARY SERVICES

Our dietary services department focuses on providing nutritious, delicious meals and is managed by a dedicated professional with several years of experience.

ACTIVITIES

We strive to keep residents active, engaged, and happy. Our goal is to ensure that residents are able to participate in a wide variety of activities, both here at Greenway, and within the community. We want residents to enjoy their time with us as much as possible!
